Metal fatigue, wear and tear is common on farm and landscaping equipment. After many hours of use this large mower deck had reached a point where failure was imminent. Worn portions of the hitch assembly were cut out and replaced, new hitch brackets were fabricated and stress cracks were repaired. The mower is back in action with years added to its useful life.
